domain age Domain age is an Important ranking Factor for Search Engines

The domain age is an important search engine ranking factor. Old and well-known websites or authorities in the collection of search engine results are given preferential treatment. The search engines assume that sites which already exist a few years, updating regularly, were the seeker can offer comprehensive and better information than a very new page. On the other hand, there are new pages often have a so-called ‘Boost’, i.e they are briefly ranked above average.

So other than a very new website, an older and aged website can do better in the SERP ( Search engine ranking pages ). Let me know if you have any questions or suggestions on the same in the comments section below…

Trust is a big part of ranking. The search engines are more likely to trust a website that has aged over one that is relatively new. When doing link building, it’s always best to try and build links from sites that have aged, so that some of their authority can be passed on.
