PPC geographical targeting is very important concept, if your business is limited to one city or one country then it is waste of time and money to spend your PPC budgets on the world wide. Most of the webmasters not aware this facts, always remember one thing, target a specific country or area you will get a some good conversions instead of the targeting geographically. This feature is also useful when you want to break your ads down by different price levels by country codes. Google has rolled out its Geo-targeting feature in order to make it possible to  target your ad to a country, state, metro area, zip code, or a geographic radius of your choice. It has the benefit of running multiple ads for the same word and tests them against each other or send them to different pages.

PPC Geographical targeting:

Geotargeting can allow you to afford words which may be broader than your globally effective keywords since geotargeting only delivers ads to locations you are interested in advertising at.

Actually targeting your ad you can affect your project ROI by placing ads from low converting countries into their own cheaper ad groups. In other words you can set different price levels by country codes for your pay per click advertisement.

The final conclusion of this tutorial is, the geotargeting feature of the Google search engine helps to direct the ad to a particular area and regulate expenses, starting from smaller areas and with successful results expanding the targeted area along with the increase in payments.
