Google Android is the open source mobile operating system, which growing 600 times faster than other mobile operating systems like Symbian, IOS. According to a survey Google has tops the mobile operating system usage. It is a bad news for Nokia lovers because its sysmbian OS has grown 30% this year, where Android grown 600% than all and created an all time record.

Canalys Analyst Tim Shepherd explains about the US market:

The US landscape will shift dramatically this coming year, as a result of the Verizon-Apple agreement. Verizon will move its focus away from the Droid range, but the overall market impact will mean less carrier-exclusive deals, while increasing the AT&T opportunity for Android vendors, such as HTC, Motorola and Samsung.
